Here's is my top list of the 50 best Los Serrano episodes, based just on my own taste (or lack of it).
The winner will be declared on April 22nd - on the 10th anniversary of the premiere of Los Serrano on the Spanish Telecinco channel.
Making of the list was quite tricky but here's it is, let's go babies.
Episode 140, 07x16, Los padres de ella
This is probably one of the uneven episodes of Los Serrano. The tender scenes with Guille and Teté are great but the forced and unnecessary story with Choni and Nacho is just terrible. Position #50 is a compromise.

Episode 1, 01x01, Ya s'han casado
Great episode because it's different. Diego and Lucía come together. Lucía moves with her two daughters to Madrid. All characters are not completely ready. For instance, Eva is described as some kind of goth girl in the first two or three episodes.
Episode 1 tastes best if you watch it right after the disappointing last episode (147).

A great episode of black humour! Diego and Lucía suspect Lucía is preganant. First kiss by Eva to Marcos. Guille's attempts to cheat in school exam.

Episode 54, 04x09, Apechugueision
The last truly brilliant Los Serrano episode and the last effort by writers Laura Belloso, Iván Escobar and Curro Velázquez.
The episode contains misunderstandings, conspiracy theories, changes of personalities and jealousy. The recipe that made Los Serrano great.

Lucía is back from America but the men suspect there's something between her and her American homosexual friend John.
The great introduction of the new character, Africa Sanz.
Relations between Teté and Guille warm up. Mari Tere confesses she likes his step brother.

Episode 35, 03x09, Corazón partío
Eva and Marcos confes to Diego the they're dating. Tough news; Diego gets a heart attack. Santi wants to save the life of his brothers. He tells a lie to Marcos according to which Eva and Marcos are not step siblings but real siblings.
Afri suspects she's preganant after the hotel night with Raúl.
A great episode and brilliant acting work by Antonio Resines (Diego).

Episode 41, 03x15, La bicha
Diego, Santi and Fiti stick together after getting the "embola" virus. Eva and Marcos hate each other but the old magic returns in the final kiss in the bathroom. Teté and Guille pretend they dislike each other but Guille's departure for children's home is hard to take for Teté.

Episode 50, 04x05, Ante la duda...
Plenty of hilarious misunderstandings, particularly with Santi and el perro. Afri forgives Raúl on the dark street. Teté tries to show Humberto she's not too young to date a boy. What a fantastic episode!

Episode 45, 03x19, El fluido basico
Without any doubt, Season 3 is the best one and the last few episodes (41...45) of it are true classics.
In El fluido basico Diego thinks he has fertility problems because no child with Lucía has been appeared. So he thinks Fiti could help in this case...
Eva makes her choice. It's Marcos. Alex has to leave. Unfortunately, Eva and Marcos can't make love in peace at home. Therefore, Marcos leaves for London.
Teté and Guille collaborate again and show they're quite similar personalities.
A true highly enjoyable classic episode with great acting work, particularly with Antonio Resines and Jesús Bonilla when they stop an ambulance in Avenida de Valladolid.

Episode 34, 03x08, El uso del matrimonio
The greatest Los Serrano episode! The love scenes with Eva and Marcos are best in the series. Diego wants to have a baby with Lucía, Lucía isn't particularly interested. Great comedy scenes with Santi. First kiss to Santi by Lourdes. First love making with Afri and Raúl.

Ok, here we go, I totally agree with you on the 1st and 2nd place, those are the best episodes. I started watching "Los Serrano" this year so I am kind of 10 years late but I like the serie a lot. Also, I think that the first 5 seasons are the best.

No sé si sería capaz de hacer un post así :) En el top 10 coincido casi todo, no he comentado el post hasta ahora porque los capítulos tienen comentarios/spoilers y no quiero saber de memoria algunas escenas si no, corro el riesgo de que me canse de la serie.
Yo el episodio 5x15 Qué mal está Occidente, que aquí etá en el 40 por lo menos lo pondría antes del 20 junto al 1x11 Una noche en Mogambo (32) sin duda. Es complicado, yo no sabría elegir...como mucho top 10 pero en general coincido.

Yo hubiera puesto tambien en el top 50 "Un año selvatico" y "Los puentes de Burundi"
