Mini spoiler
The Vampire Diaries Season 5: How Will Stefan Be Different?
Then again, Stefan could emerge from the vault having realized what’s really important to him.
Option 1: Elena. Maybe Stefan will come back and be sick of sitting around, letting Elena pick a Salvatore. What if he were ready to fight to get her back? Would she change her mind if Stefan were so outspoken with his intentions?
Option 2: Family. Stefan realizes that Damon is the most important person to him, and he decides to stick around Mystic Falls to bond with his brother. Or maybe he wants them to leave town together, Elena and all.
Option 3: Eternity. Perhaps his experience in the vault will help him realize that he really does have all of eternity left to experience, so why do it in Mystic Falls, Va.?

Something will affect their relationship big-time in the first half of the season. And it's not a supernatural element getting in the way of Delena happiness.

One threesome, two bubble baths, a few deaths and a sly, yet surprisingly swoon-worthy, Silas? Judging back the craziness of the Vampire Diaries Season 5 premiere, fans are in for one heck of a (sexy) season.
The show picks up with everyone well-aware that the carefree summer is coming to an end and the next chapter of their lives is about to begin. Confirming what Ian Somerhalder recently told us, Damon and Elena (Nina Dobrev) are nothing short of adorable (and horny!). Caroline (Candice Accola) is as Type-A as ever while preparing her dorm, Bonnie (Kat Graham) is still pretending that she's away for the summer so her friends don't have to deal with her death, Jeremy (Steven Mcqueen) is dreading his return to high school, Matt (Zach Roerig) and Rebekah (Claire Holt) are off painting the town red in Europe, and Stefan (Paul Wesley) is drowning at the bottom of the river. What happens next? You'll have to wait another two weeks to find out. But in the meantime, we can share five fun teases for what lies ahead.
1. Can we say threesome? And within the first five minutes! Yep, one of the show's couples invite a third party to join them in a champagne-filled evening that doesn't leave the bedroom. Any guesses which parties are involved?
Exclusive Vampire Diaries First Look: Season 5 looks feisty and fiery
2. Steamy bubble baths: There's not one, but two bubble bath scenes. (If you've seen any of the previews, you know who is half-naked in them.) Although both scenes start off sexy, they actually have more somber (and scary) endings.
3. Multiple deaths: It wouldn't be a vampire show without a few stakings and neck bites. But both deaths carry weight that will be felt for much of the season.
The Vampire Diaries' Ian Somerhalder: Silas is like Season 1 Damon
4. Responsible Damon: As Dobrev recently reminded us, Damon has a penchant for messing things up. But he'll certainly make a concerted effort to keep the house — and little brother Gilbert — under control. It's actually pretty sweet watching Damon try his very hardest to be the world's best boyfriend.
5. Swoon-worthy Silas: It wouldn't be the first time we fell for a villain (ahem, Klaus!). As fans of Ripper Stefan know, Wesley is oh-so-good at playing bad, and he shines in a role that has him manipulate and intimidate his way to getting what he wants.

Recopilatorio de spoilers de lo que queda de temporada! :)
5x19 "Man On Fire"
FLASHBACKS TO THE 1960s — Stefan tries to distractElena from obsessing about the state of her relationship with Damon, while Bonnie does her best to be realistic about how the changes happening on the Other Side will affect her existence as the Anchor. Damon demands the Traveler knife, forcing Jeremy and Matt to admit it has gone missing. Through flashbacks to election night, 1960, Enzoreveals to Elena, Stefan and Bonnie that he has learned what happened to his long-lost love, Maggie, and then, with the unwilling help of Liv and Luke, things take an ugly turn. Trying to calm Enzo down, Damon intervenes, but his words cause Enzo to make a desperate and dangerous decision that leads to a violent confrontation with Stefan. Finally, Markos enlists Sloan’s help in a ritual designed to break an ancient curse against the Travelers. Tyler is forced to play a dangerous part in the ritual, while witnessing the incredible power the Travelers now possess.
Sobre los flashbacks:
In the April 24 episode "Man of Fire," The Vampire Diaries will flash back to the decade right after Damon (Ian Somerhalder) escaped from the Augustine cell. Could this scene also include Maggie, played by Heather Hemmens, who makes her debut appearance in that episode? As Enzo (Michael Malarkey) explained in "The Cell," Maggie was Enzo's only companion while he was locked up and she was "the one who got away."
Asked about the important flashback, executive producer Caroline Dries told TVGuide.com: "We get to see Stefan and Damon for one night, but we [also] dig into Enzo's story line too. He becomes the mini 'bad' of the season and we're figuring out his motivation for why he's in town. He's going to make a number of enemies and he won't do himself favors.
5x20 "What Lies Beneath"
A CABIN IN THE WOODS — When Tyler turns up at the Salvatore house with the news that Markos’ plan to break the witches’ curse puts Stefan and Elena in imminent danger, Damon suggests they hide out in the remote cabin once owned by Caroline’s father. Once there, it becomes obvious to Caroline that Stefan and Elena are keeping a secret, so Damon comes up with a parlor game designed to expose the truth. A ghostly presence at the cabin uses violence and fire to make itself known. Meanwhile, Matttakes charge of Tyler’s plan to get information from one of the Travelers, and Bonnie continues to keep the truth about the Other Side from Jeremy, despite warnings fromGrams.

“@rocksij: can't wait for TVD [5x20] even though synopsis is weird” Episode is SO NOT weird, promise. It's fun, suspenseful and romantic.
5x21 "Promised Land"
OUTRUNNING DEATH - When Stefan and Elena escape from Markos' control, only to find themselves stranded in a remote location, Stefan gets philosophical with Elena about her relationship with Damon. After their attempt to protect the doppelgangers goes badly, Liv and Luke come up with a dangerous new strategy. Damon recruits Matt andJeremy to help him set a trap for Markos, who turns out to have a devastating surprise of his own. Bonnie finally admits to Caroline that she's been keeping the truth about the Other Side from everyone. Finally, while Bonnie searches desperately for a way to stop Markos, Caroline is witness to an unthinkable act of violence by one of the Travelers.
5x22 - Capítulo final
He also looks ahead to the season 5 finale, which won’t be pleasant for Stefan. “Without revealing too much, it actually is much worse for another character,” he says. “The cliffhanger in season 5 is that one of the leads ends up in a place that is quite dismal-looking for future hope.” (And to repeat for those making guesses, it’s not Stefan. “Correct,” he confirms. “That leaves 12 others. Good luck!”) - Paul
I read the finale and it ends on a really interesting note. I guess you could say some of the main characters, something happens to them that is. Season five ends on a note of ambiguity in that you really don’t know what is going to happen in season six because people sort of …a very mysterious fate takes two of our main characters. - Paul
And that's not all the scoop we squeezed out of Dries -- she also revealed that she had just officially handed the finale script in. "The finale will be emotional," Dries says. "We'll get to see a lot of our favorite friends from the past possibly pop in. Basically, every place on the show where s*** can possibly go wrong, it goes wrong. Just when you think, oh it can't get worse than that, it does."
Zap2it also caught up with executive producer Julie Plec, who revealed a little more detail about the finale. "There are going to be a lot of goodbyes as we realize The Other Side is disintegrating and not everybody is going to survive that," Plec warns. "We're going to have to say goodbye to some characters that we've grown to love over the years."
Lola: How about something on The Vampire Diaries or The Originals?
How about something on both? Advice: stock up on your black clothing ASAP. "I think that there will be an impressive body count on both shows by the time the seasons are over," executive producer Julie Plec teases. (And yes, some of them will be kind of a big deal.)
